The plumber solved an urgent problem - a leak. He also pointed out some issues with the way our plumbing was set up but did not offer any solutions. I would have gladly paid more to have the base problem solved. Now I need to find another plumber.

Randy was excellent in fixing the leaks I had in my kitchen and bathroom. He kept me informed of what was happening and showed me the faulty valves. Thanks Randy.

George is amazing! Great help explaining my kitchen drain situation including what’s condo management responsibility with summary notes that I can send over for management to take action. Many thanks!

I've gotten help from this company about 6 times in the last few years. I have ZERO complaints. They respond quickly, show up when they say they will, speak candidly and honestly about the problem, and their work is competent and professional. Most recently, Nico came over and helped install a new sink faucet as well as fix my bathtub pipe. Thanks guys!

On Dec 17th our basement started to flood. Called True Service Plumbing and they sent George. He was very professional and thorough with the diagnosis. He fixed the problem and went out of his way to show me where the drain was, where it was clogged and showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. I would recommend this service and do ask for George if he's available. Top notch plumber!
