The plumber solved an urgent problem - a leak. He also pointed out some issues with the way our plumbing was set up but did not offer any solutions. I would have gladly paid more to have the base problem solved. Now I need to find another plumber.

On Dec 17th our basement started to flood. Called True Service Plumbing and they sent George. He was very professional and thorough with the diagnosis. He fixed the problem and went out of his way to show me where the drain was, where it was clogged and showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. I would recommend this service and do ask for George if he's available. Top notch plumber!
